The following protocol is that used by some of the hospitals in Tijuana, (Del Rio Hospital supplied us with this information).
The Del Rio Hospital or clinic claims nearly a 100% recovery rate with those who have not yet been burned up with chemo and radiation with large amounts of organ damage.
Del Rio Hospital has a 21-day therapy in which they include the typhoid vaccine, the B17 (9 grams per day), pancreatic enzymes, vitamin C and the actual whole foods that contain the B17 and the pancreatic enzymes (apricot seeds and pineapple juice). No other clinic or hospital in the world uses this powerful protocol, just parts of it.
Del Rio hospital has been the orthodox relative of Cydel Clinic. It has opened its doors to alternative medicine, making use of the accumulated experience of it's directors and doctors of over more than 25 years. The great Dr. Manner pioneered these clinics.
Therapies
Del Rio have been pioneers of the metabolic therapies thought up/ conceived by/led by Dr Harold W. Manner, in that it has followed and successfully achieved a balance of the metabolic to help the body defend itself.
The "Manner Cocktail" consists of a low drip infusion of 9 grams of B17(Laetrile) and 25 grams of vitamin C conducted by 5cc of DMSO as a carrier that transports all of this to the last cell, as well as enzymatic therapies and macro doses of vitamin A.
A number of products are utilized and, even though these may be at an experimental phase in the United States, they count with us according to experience and track record. The procedure is a 21-day treatment. Following the first three weeks, one should take approx. 3 grams (3,000 mg) of vitamin B17 per day in tablet form for 3 months.
As a Preventative

In the administration of amygdalin (vitamin B17), Dr. Manner was one of the pioneering doctors in alternative medicine using vitamin B17(Laetrile). He uses 9 grams of the injectable B17 per day for 21 days. Due to possible gastric upset, 6-10 tablets are recommended if you are not opting for the injectable form for the first month.
It is imperative to eat the seeds along with the treatment.
Dr. Krebs believes that the whole food is the most important factor. Three to six seeds per waking hour should be chewed and consumed every other day for the first month.
Dr. Manner uses in his slow drip therapy an enzyme that is derived from pineapples and/or papaya. The pancreatic enzyme that is found in the pineapple and papaya is necessary to burn away the cancer cell wall for the B17 to more effectively get in and destroy the malignant cell.
Pancreatic enzymes can be purchased at any health food store, just ask. After the initial month of treatment a maintenance dose of three 500mg tablets per day should be maintained.
Gerson Therapy
The Gerson therapy has proved effective. This therapy consists of an eight ounce glass of fruit and vegetable juice per hour. Colonics and chelation are also included. This is only a very brief note about Gerson's Therapy; please research for specifics.
One of the reasons the juice is important while taking the vitamin B17 is for the purpose of carrying out the dead cancer cells from the body. The cancer can die so quickly as to try to come out through the skin, besides the urine and bowels.
Remember that the skin is the largest organ in the body and if the cancer is dying rapidly it will come out through the sweat glands causing hives and rashes. (The preceding is a good sign yet can cause discomfort.)
These therapies are only allowed in Mexico even though the success rate is far superior to U.S. hospitals' conventional methods. It is quite easy for a cancer patient to follow similar therapies in their own home at a fraction of the cost (B17, pancreatic enzymes, and immune system building).
